Learning through COVID-19
Months have passed since the world seemingly closed down, with our usual way of life changing considerably. The planet has shown some signs of recovery from climate change and nature has grasped this time and thrived, especially here in the mountains which are looking more beautiful than ever. At Ski Armadillo, we have used this time as an opportunity to review, learn and develop what has made us successful over the last 20 years.
Now restrictions are easing, your dreams can turn to reality – we cannot wait to share our new Product Options with you and for you to join us in the heart of the Swiss Alps
New Deposit & Balance Payments Conditions

Q. What happens if I am unable to travel due to restrictions in Switzerland?
A. If the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCO) advises against all but essential international travel, and that you have to isolate for a period of time upon entering Switzerland, then we will not be able to provide the accommodation element of your holiday booked through us. Therefore, we will offer you the 65% CASH refund and 35% CREDIT, as mentioned above.
Q. What happens if I am unable to travel due to restrictions in the UK/Country of Residence?
A. If the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCO) state that it’s safe to travel to Switzerland, but your country of residence states that you have to isolate when you return, then it’s your decision whether to travel or not. As we can still provide the accommodation element of your holiday, you will need to speak to your Travel Insurance Provider
Our specially designed Travel Regulation Insolvency Protection scheme through Towergate Insurance, backed by A-rated insurer Zurich, market leaders in financial failure insurance, helps to protect you in the unlikely event that our business fails. Travel Regulation Insolvency Protection (TRIP) meets all the requirements of the EU Package Travel Directive, including the changes in force from 1 July 2018
We are a member of ABTA (the Association of British Travel Agents). ABTA offers each of our
customers, support, protection, and expertise, should you need it. Although we are not ABTA bonded, due to not providing package holidays, you can still feel safe in the knowledge that you are travelling with a company whose strong reputation for protecting customers spans over 20 years and adheres to ABTA’s Code of Conduct.
We provide fair terms & conditions, financial failure protection coupled with ABTA membership meaning you can confidently book with Ski Armadillo.

Did you know?
As every country works to control the spread of the virus, some are managing better than others. An assessment in June by the Deep Knowledge Group, found Switzerland was in fact doing the very best in general at controlling the virus of all the countries surveyed. Fighting the virus is a global effort that spans borders and continents but we’re glad to know that our guests who visit Verbier will be in good hands (washed regularly of course).
Your Holiday, Your Choice
Catered chalets is what we do best, and has been the backbone of our successes over the past 20 years. However, we realise that a fully catered service might not be everyone’s ‘cup of tea’. Whether you want a self-catered chalet, due to social distancing concerns, or a flexi-catering service, so you can enjoy our wonderful gourmet food but also experience the world class Verbier restaurants… the choice is yours. Start by choosing from our luxury chalet collection, each with their own unique character. Next, choose the level of service you and your party require from the options below, before finally adding your in-resort entertainment as the cherry on top.
