As hard as it can be waiting, that tingly feeling you get when you think ahead to your trip, counting down the days and imagining what you’ll be doing in weeks to come is all part of the fun. But it’s not just you – we’re just as excited for you to arrive as you are to get here!
Not only do we keep in touch with our guests to make sure we have all the correct details for your booking, we always want to know what we can do to make sure you have the best possible stay with us. Anything that you think is important – just tell us! Whether it’s a birthday you’ll be celebrating or an anniversary, we’ll do whatever we can to make it extra special for you. Your personal chef will also be in touch in advance to catch up with any dietary requirements you might have, as well as possible suggestions for what you might like to eat while you’re staying with us. He’ll get in touch once again the week before you arrive to discuss a variety of dishes you might like to enjoy during your stay – and every menu will be adapted based on your tastes and preferences.
Meals aside, we’ll be giving you details in advance about the current skiing conditions, and you’ll have the opportunity to book yourself onto any of our spa treatments or cocktail parties.
