How and when will my security deposit be returned?

How do I check in?

Check in is usually from 4pm. We encourage you to keep our team updated with your travel plans and progress so they can anticipate your arrival accurately to meet and assist you. When transfers are booked with us, we communicate directly with your driver taking the hassle out of the process. If you will arrive early, we can assist with lunch bookings, ski fittings and luggage storage for you.

How do I access my chalet?

We will explain chalet access on your arrival, as each property is unique. However often there is a coded lock box system to ensure security and ease of access for all guests.

Can I pre-book my ski lift passes, and where do I collect them?

our concierge will gladly help you to pre-book ski lift passes in Verbier and Méribel, and can often offer the best possible pricing for your group. These will then be at the chalet ready for your arrival.

Who will be our chalet chef and host, and how do they plan our menu?

You’ll receive a pre-arrival call from your experienced chalet host, in which you can discuss any dietary requirements and preferences before your trip. All of our professional chefs are experts in tailoring menus to our guests' wishes!

Will we have access to laundry facilities?

Most of our chalets have laundry facilities, however, each is unique, and your concierge can advise beforehand and assist with any specific requests, including dry cleaning.

How does the in-resort chauffeur service work?

Our chauffeur service is shared between all current bookings in the resort, and operates from 8am until Midnight daily. On arrival, your in-chalet team will give them the contact number for the driver.

What time is check out?

Check out is usually at 10am. Late departure requests are possible but approved on a case-by-case basis. If a late departure is arranged, your concierge will gladly assist with luggage storage and share a helpful list of activities in resort with you.
