Parc Alpin 401 is a luxurious 3-bedroom duplex apartment, that can accommodate up to 9 guests, that effortlessly combines a contemporary style and traditional architecture.
With an area of 125 m², Parc Alpin 401 exudes a warm atmosphere thanks to the use of high-quality materials and contemporary furniture. The heart of the apartment is the large open-plan living area, complete with corner sofas, dining table and kitchen… providing the perfect environment for family and friends to come together after a day on the slopes.
Parc Alpin 401 comprises 3 well-appointed guestrooms, all of which are en-suite, a double room can be found on the ground floor, with a further 2 bedrooms located on the first floor. One of these rooms has a double bed, along with a double ‘mezzanine-style bed’ and a single, so potentially accommodating a family of 5.
Located only 230 metres from the ski slopes, just a stone’s throw from the Route de la Renarde and the Morel district, it offers easy access to the ski area and nearby amenities such as supermarket, restaurants, and bars.

Your personal chef and chalet host will be on hand to provide everything you may need during your stay in Meribel, including; Cooked breakfast 5 mornings a week, with continental breakfast served 2 mornings. Afternoon tea, pre-dinner drinks and canapes served 5 days a week. 3-course evening meals served on 5 evenings, with fabulous wines paired with your evening meals. Our concierge service is also available to arrange any extras you may wish, such as ski lessons, restaurant reservations, massages, childcare and much more.

LAYOUT
Parc Alpjn 401 is a luxurious 3-bedoom duplex apartment, located on the fifth floor of the newly renovated Résidence Parc Alpin residence. Upon entering the apartment, you are welcomed by the spacious, light open plan living area. On the right is a well-equipped kitchen, before leading onto the dining room / TV room. Large floor to ceiling windows lead out to the west-facing balconies. A double en-suite guestroom can also be found on this floor. A wooden staircase leads up to the first floor, where you’ll find another en-suite double room, along with a large family room that can sleep up to 5 people.

Location
Parc Alpin Residence is located 230 metres from the ski slopes, just a stone’s throw from the Route de la Renarde and the Morel district. A free shuttles to the centre of Méribel operates daily, 07.40 am to 23.30 pm.
